Teenfreeway.com is offering teens a free gift from Clinique. Fill out their form here and on July 15th, they'll send you a certificate for a free Clinique beauty gift. You do need to become a fan on their Facebook page. While the site does not say there is an age restriction, I put 32 in the age section and it told me I was out of the "age range" and I was unable to find what exact ages are accepted. I then put in 19 and was accepted!
